Model in the House!

12:00 noon – 4:00 pm




Location: Winnipeg – you will be notified of the location in a confirmation email a couple of days before the session

Open to: First 12 members that register on-line through our Paypal Account. When you register, we need your phone number and email address so we can contact you of your time and the loction.

Model: You will find out when you get there! The model will have with her/him one prop that you must use somehow in the image.

Cost: $25 (GST included)

Rules and Regulations:

Each photographer has 15 minutes – arrive 5 minutes before scheduled time (will receive an email with time and location)

We will be placing the names of the entrants into a draw box and choose the times randomly.

Each photographer can only take 12 exposures – and the flashcard will be downloaded on our computer before they leave.

Each photographer can bring: 1 camera, 1 lens (own choice), tripod and light meter if so desired, reflector. No flash allowed. (Please note: the space does have studio lighting equipment – but these cannot be used.)

Each photographer can submit up to 3-8x10’s. One must be SOOC (Straight out of camera) and the other two can be your own ‘flavour’ – photoshopped, texture overlay – black and white or color – or whatever). The maker’s name needs to be on the back of the prints – and no identifying signature should appear on the front.

All prints will be donated to the model.

We are pleased that Technicare has graciously offered to print the 8x10’s at NO CHARGE. Thank you Ken Duguid!

Those people that are clients of Technicare can upload their images through ROES. Those that are not – will need to either go to someone that is a Technicare client – or bring in a CD of images.

The Reveal will be held on Monday evening, June 7th.

Location of Reveal: King’s Head Pub

Judging: Each participant will need to get their 8x10’s to Fred Elcheshen’s studio on Marion Street by June 5th at 5:00 pm.
