The Board of Directors met last night and what a great meeting it was! We got a lot accomplished and I thought that I'd share with you the upcoming events for 2010 and 2011!
Here are some dates that we have set up for you!
March 1 - Kings Head Pub - Speed Dating
You will have the opportunity to talk to some board members and other photographers about anything you want! Ask them any question on any topic and they'll answer it. It's your chance to put these folks on the hot seat and see how they do!
April 18 - The Bebbs
The Bebbs are a major speakers for the Spring convention and this one day program is open to ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS ANYWHERE! as well as anybody who wants to hear them speak. There is more info on this blog about their program as well as more to come.
May 3 - "People" in the House
A twist on "Naked" in the house we have done in the past this time we will have an undisclosed subject that photographers will shoot for half an hour each and at the next even compare and talk about different techniques and ideas on shooting our models and using available light and on the spot posing.
June 7th - Reveal of the May program
Here is where we reveal the last events images and talk and laugh and drink and do all those great things together.
July 18 - BBQ at Marlene's
A casual get together at Marlenes studio for food and get to know you time as well as to invite newer members into our midst.
August -a time of rest
Yes, it's a time of rest for ppoc but we will all be busy shooting and processing all the summer images so busy for us!
September 13 - AGM
